Great hive!! I'm doing a mentorship & we received an undipped hive as our starter hive. I had to paint that hive & I suspect it's not going to last very long. One of the mentors was mentioning wax dipped hives being superior so I purchased a Bee Castle as my second hive. Just splint my first hive into the Bee Castle . You can tell the Bee Castle is superior quality! I suspect it will last a very long time. Easy to assemble & looks amaIng!

Compared other hives that I've used BeeCastle hives are exceptional! They are very well made, very easy to assemble with the dovetailing, very sturdy & quite nice looking as well. I'm Very impressed and happy with my BeeCastle hives.

This was the easiest thing to assemble I've ever worked with. The dovetailes are cut perfect. So perfect the wax it's dipped in make it a little difficult to to put together. I could definitely see how a heat gun would make it easier, but I just used a knife to scrap the excess away. I then used a rubber mallet to tap them together.

I have only been beekeeping since 2023. Successfully overwintered my hives and going into my second winter. So... still green behind the ears. I care for (5) double deep hives. I've purchased roughly (8) hive kits from various other bee Equipment manufacturers and the only hives I use are... you can count on them are, "Bee Castle" wax dipped. They are accurately cut, solid and not overly covered with knots. their frames and foundations can be counted on to entice your bee's to make their new home in a Bee Castle hive. Strongly recommend if you're looking to give your bee's a great start to building a successful colony, that you put your trust and investment in purchasing from Bee Castle. I will only be purchasing and recommending "Bee Castle" in the future.

Came timely, Welldone packaging, directions are not the greatest. UTube video was very helpful as i have never seen a bee castle in person. assembly time was around 1 1/2 hours. highly recommend.
