This is a very well made, fairly priced product. I love the color, as well as the protection, that the wax coating gives to the frame box. I added these supers to my "Eco Wood Treated" brood boxes for a contrasting affect. Corner joints are perfectly tight and assembly is simple and straightforward.

A Nowadays rarity in the bee equipment world, a company that stands by their products. I got my 4×8 frame supers, a day earlier than expected. Plus.I assembled them with ease, another Plus. However I did have a small issue arise. When the company got a picture to show the issue. They resolved the problem. Another Plus. This isn't my first purchase. And won't be the last. The boxes are well waxed and line up well. I still used glue. And a torque drill when screwing. They sit nice and flat after assembled. Thanks again to their Amazon support staff. As they sought out me to fix my issue, when I should have tried to resolve it first. But I think we have all gone down that dead end street, with other companies.Can't wait for the girls to fill these supers up.

I am not a carpenter by a long shot, but I was able to put these togethers with a little TiteBond 3 wood glue, an electric screwdriver, and an power stapler for the frames. I used a mallet to help the box edges join together. They were far nicer looking than I was expecting. It took me about 25 minutes to assemble the deep and medium boxes, and then another 20 minutes to put the frames together and add foundation. The only thing I dont know now is how they hold up in the Texas weather!

Let me start by saying before buying this I bought another brand unfinished and built 7 boxes. Those seven boxes took 9 hours, then 3 days of applying finish.. This literally took maybe 15 minutes to put together by hand. Joints were like butter. Couple little spots on the wood that weren't very clean and the easy fit did leave some gap but not enough for me to worry about. I did not glue the box because of the beeswax, so hopefully it will hold good. Screw holes were all predrilled and screw head holes recessed already. PROPERLY SIZED HARDWARE.. YAY!! Makes for a very clean box. My secret for squaring is a 24 inch dewalt clamp. Pulls boxes perfectly square and can set it with a couple screws in the corners then unclamp. If it stands up to time this will be my new go to company.

t took me 3 hours to assemble it with the first beehive and one and half hour the second one. I highly recommend to watch video on YouTube. Very high quality. There was a lot bees in my garden during the summer. After hurricane Milton a lot flowers were destroyed so I decided to put water sugar syrup and buy a beehive. I did a lot research how they chose a new home, I took out frames from the lowest box for the bee be able to take measurements. After 2 and half weeks they moved in. From the beginning bees were very interested in the beehive, the smell of the wood is amazing. I highly recommend this product and very handy well made set of tools that you can buy from this seller. Seller is beyond amazing, thank you much! The pictures and video is from the time of bee swarm moving in, I was lucky to witness it.

Item arrived on time. Package was damaged upon delivery. After a full inspection of components, a bag of nails was missing and one of the Super boards was damaged. I contacted BeeCastle with the information and sent some pictures of the damage. I wish all companies stood behind their products like this. They refunded a portion for the nails and are sending a replacement board right away, all taken care of within two days! Great service! Aside from that, assembly was an easy and fun project with my daughter. I used a Brad Nailer instead of the missing nails (which was much faster and easier anyway) along with wood glue on all of the frame joints. Everything fit together nice and tight and the prewaxed frames are fantastic. I can't wait for spring to get started. I will be purchasing a second Hive from BeeCastle shortly. Very happy with the product and thrilled with the service?

This is my first hive but I'm very pleased with how it turned out. A couple of the frames did split alittle even with predrilling but the frames still seem to be okay. I just added alittle extra wood glue in those areas. I will be purchasing another hive from this company and recommending to others.
