Very good fit of all the dovetail joints. I was able to assemble each hive and the frames in about an hour and a half. Happy with the purchase!!

These kits are great. This was my 5th kit and plan to order more. There are knots but not holes-the dovetails are tight. I use a good wood glue on all joints and glue and air staple the frames . Had a problem with my 3rd kit and customer service went above and beyond. I do put a good exterior primer and 2 coats of finish on each box. My 2 from last year still look brand new and the bees love them. If you are on the fence about ordering a kit , get off of it and order now. You won’t be disappointed !!

This is very well made. Has everything you need. I’m not sure if I didn’t read it or it’s not in the description but, it’s unwaxed. So you will have to paint it or get it waxed but that is not a selling point for me. I will definitely buy more. Just didn’t want it to catch someone off guard and was expecting it to be waxed.

Very pleased. Fast turn around, complimented by very nice quality. Very easy to assemble. Finer quality materials used and so are in great shape to paint or coat with whatever you choose. Though I would like to see a thicker coating of wax on the foundations, I am happy with my purchase.
